In this page the user will be able to visualize a list of all payments and his features in columns:

• ID (Identifiction Number)

• Created At

• User

• Property

• Price

• Download option

Filtering payments by date.

The user will be able to filter payments for a customized period of time by creation date.

Filtering payments by keyword.

By completing the 'Search' field and pressing enter will activate the filter.

NOTE: by clicking on the 'Clear' word, the user will be able to reset all the filters.

Downloading payment document

The user will be able to download the payment document by clicking in the document in the Download column.

Filtering 'Property by payment status'

In this tab the user will be able to visualize the properties grouped according to their payment status;

1. Rent's due date: properties that are up to date with their payments and have no debts.

2. Payment grace period: properties that are up to date with their payments, but are within the grace period to make their payments.

3. Outstanding rents: properties whose payments are overdue.

Ordering payments by items

By clicking the arrow next to the column name, the user will be able to order the payments in descending or ascending order.

Paging and grouping payments

By clicking on the numbers in the bottom left of the page, the user will be able to swipe between list pages.

At the bottom right of the page, the user will be able to select the number of payments displayed per page.
