Create property

To create a property the user must click on the 'Create property' button in the All properties section.

By clicking on 'Individual Property - Create' the user will be able to start a property creation.

Property details

The create property page will be open and the user will be able to upload images and complete the fields in the 'Property details' section.

NOTE: by checking the 'HOA (Homeowners association)' checkbox, the user will be able to complete the 'home owners association name' and 'home owners association payment address' fields.

By clicking on the left arrow of each section the user will be able to expand this section in order to complete its items.

Property distribution

In the 'Property distribution section' the user will be able to set the distributions quantity by adding or subtracting.

Property amenities

In the 'Property amenities' section, the user wil be able to add or remove amenities by checking or unchecking the amenitie checkbox.

In the 'Property status ownership' section, the user will be able to complete the fields with the property ownership information.

Application screening fee

In the 'Application screening fee' section, the user will be able to choose who will pay the screening fee by checking the corresponding checkbox.

Payment rent details

In the 'Payment rent details' section, the user will be able to choose the 'Rent's due date' and 'Payment grace period'.

Group

In the 'Group' section, the user will be able to select a group where the property will be included.

Finally, in order to create the property, the user must click on the 'Create property' button at the bottom right of the page.
